Evelyn Skelly

If there is anyone who qualifies for emeritus status with the Hamden Arts Commission, it is Evelyn Skelly. Evelyn was a founding member of the Commission in 1981 and has continuously served it in truly invaluable ways as its historian, parliamentarian, adviser and guide. She represents the gold standard for volunteerism with community service that also extends to many years on the boards of the Friends of the Library in Hamden and Orchestra New England. Evelyn is a retired administrator at SNET in New Haven.
