Lisa DeGrand

Born in New Haven, Lisa has been a Hamden resident for forty years. She attended local public schools and after graduating from Hamden High pursued a degree in Fashion and Marketing Management at Berkeley College in New York State. Most recently she worked as an event planner for a local shopping center before committing full-time to raising her family.

Lisa has been on the Hamden Arts Commission for six years. With two young boys in the Hamden Public Schools, she has concentrated her Commission efforts on the Children’s Series offered to the grade school children of Town residents. She brings her substantial skills and experience as an organizer and marketer to the programming and promotion needs of the Commission.
